Your Admissions Process

During the admissions process, our team will guide you through each step to determine the services that best meet your individual needs. You can expect to:

Meet with a knowledgeable and compassionate admissions specialist.
Complete confidential intake paperwork and provide basic personal and medical information.
Participate in a comprehensive assessment of your substance use history, medical history, mental health, and recovery goals.
Discuss treatment plans and receive recommendations based on your individual needs.
Review program expectations, policies, and available support services.
Complete any required screenings, testing, or referrals as part of the admission process.
Have the opportunity to ask questions and address any concerns before beginning treatment.

Our counselors at NPP are dedicated to ensuring you understand each step of the process and feel supported from the very beginning.

What to Bring:

To help make your admission as smooth as possible, please bring the following items if available:

A valid photo ID.
Insurance information (if applicable).
A list of current medications.
Relevant medical records or referral information, if available.
Emergency contact information.

If you are unable to provide all of these items, our staff will work with you to determine the best way to move forward.
