NPP stands for Narcotics Prevention Association Inc. We are a licensed treatment provider for opioid use disorder, authorized by the state, DEA, and Los Angeles County. For over 30 years, we have been serving the East Los Angeles Community, offering comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals struggling with addiction.

The Community Health Care/NPA (Narcotics Prevention Association)  is a private non-profit community based primary care organization dedicated to the development of the greater East Los Angeles community through health and social services.

Our Mission is to provide an opportunity for it's community clients to recover from their dependency on chemical substances by providing services which allow these clients to break free from addiction and associated mental and physical illnesses, the ultimate goal of the program is the development of a drug- free life the client, and the promotion of a community free of addictive drugs.
